Posting an Event

The Newark Chamber would like to encourage local organizations to submit their events to our website Community Calendar on a regular basis.


The following are the guidelines for all event submissions:


  • Information must be submitted a minimum of 14 days in advance.
  • Preference will be given to those events taking place in the city of Newark. Large scale events of influence outside the city of the city will be considered for inclusion on an individual basis.
  • No logos, images, ads, pictures or attachments will be included. No ribbon cutting/grand opening ceremonies for businesses will be included.


The Newark Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to publish events at their discretion. Questions Contact Valerie Boyle, President & CEO at valerie@newark-chamber.com.


PLEASE NOTE: When subscribing, it is only necessary to complete the fields marked with a red *asterisk.  (In order to complete your 'Subscriber' registration, you will be required to checkmark the 'Processing Fee' box, however the $40 processing fee will be processed for Member submissions only).
